This commercial space was made more usable and colorful by our company with a complete interior remodel. Multiple color choices by the owner made for a 'Carribean' theme and the opening of several walls and creation of exam rooms were needed to make this Chiropractors office more patient friendly. The entry was enclosed in glass to assist in keeping the clients out of the weather and enhance the exterior appearance. We are able to tackle any residential, commercial, or industrial project you can think of.

We installed new replacement windows with Low UV glass, a new 30 year shingle roof with a ridge vent for proper ventilation of the attic space, new gutters and downspouts, wrapped exterior of windows with white aluminum to make them maintenance free, and covered the basement windows with a vinyl product to avoid moisture problems in future.

The Folkstone Project

This Penn Oaks home was in need of an updated exterior appearance as well as changing the kitchen to a more useful layout for the homeowners. The exterior received insulation board and Tyvec home wrap under newly installed Wolverine vinyl siding and "terra-bronze" colored seamless gutters and downspouts. Burgandy vinyl shutters finalized the fresh look of this home and completed the maintenance free exterior.
The kitchen was made more useful and convenient for the homeowners with the installation of custom cabinets, ceramic tile backsplash and solid vinyl flooring throughout. Removal of a breakfast bar opened up the space and gave better access to the dining area. Additional interior work included custom wainscoting, chair rail and painting throughout. A fiberglass front door with walnut stain and brass gridwork and sidelite were an excellent complement to this fine home.
